Lift ADU

Creating expansive space for the user, the Lift ADU uses height to maximize square footage on a small footprint. Asymmetric massing and dotted windows on the exterior walls result in a play of natural light on the interior as well as privacy from the main house just 20 feet away. A wood volume houses the functional aspects of the house, while a lofted bedroom allows for bright, open living space on the lower level.
